Jimmy Frizzell was born and raised Michigan. Growing up his father owned businesses in the construction industry and as a result jimmy learned the value of resilience and hard work. Despite facing many challenges, he excelled and was known for his leadership qualities.
After graduating from high school, Jimmy enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, eager to serve his country. He completed boot camp and later was deployed to Afghanistan. During his deployment, Jimmy served as a team leader in an infantry squad, who patrolled the streets of Sangin Valley, Helmand Province.
Frizzell’s time in Afghanistan was marked by intense combat. He witnessed the realities of war firsthand and formed strong bonds with his fellow marines. Despite the hardships, Jimmy remained dedicated to the mission and earned the respect of his comrades.
After completing his tour Jimmy returned home to Michigan, eager to start a new chapter in his life. He struggled to adjust to civilian life at first, haunted by memories of the battlefield. However, Jimmy found the strength to overcome his demons and pursue his passion for helping others.
Drawing on his experiences in the military and there after, Frizzell dedicates himself to supporting his fellow veterans, ensuring they received the care and assistance they deserve. He also enjoys sharing his story with the youth and inspiring them to make a difference in the world.
